1. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) under the following conditions:
- Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.
- Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use or damage.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Products that are on sale or purchased with a discount
- Customized or personalized products
- Intimate apparel, undergarments, and swimwear
- Perishable items such as food or cosmetics
2. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. After inspection, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed as follows:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or in the form of store credit, based on your preference.
- Refund Processing Time: It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account or payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Please note that any shipping costs associated with your original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong or defective item).
3. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@shoppingpalace.pk with your order details and images of the damaged item. We will arrange an exchange or provide a refund for the faulty item.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Shipping Costs for Defective Items: If you are returning an item due to a mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@shoppingpalace.pk with your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant images (if applicable).
- Wait for Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed.
- Send the Item: Once your return request is approved, pack the item securely and send it to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange as per the policy.
6. Cancellations
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shoppingpalace.pk. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
